I’ve downloaded Kudo, yet it aborts when I try to open it. Any ideas about settings that I might need to change? I’ve downloaded Silverlight, tried repairing the installation, rebooted…any thing else I am missing?

leighton 0 7:37 am on July 23, 2010As richard said, it only runs on windows. If it is still not running, you might want to try the following:
Go to control panel
Go to Add/Remove Programs
Uninstall Kodu
Try to download the install file again, and install it, the install file can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=57a23884-9ecd-4c8a-9561-64bfd4fa2d3d&displaylang=en, it is the new version, and there should be no bugs, then try running is again. -

If you are using XP then you need windows installer 4.5 you can download it from:
The installer should download Dot Net Framework 3.5 and the XNA Framework 3.1 (?)
If Kodu installs but doesn’t run try opening the settings and choosing the Lowest Defaults also try not running at full screen.
